Job Summary
Summary: Responsible for guiding all initiatives related to purchasing, receiving, storing and controlling of food, beverage and supplies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive products
- Order product in Birchstreet, creating recipes, building PO's, closing PO's, scanning and transmitting of invoices.
- Lead and train proper inventory process.
- Manage cost of goods by reviewing purchases and managing compliance with supply chain programs.
- Represents the Restaurant Division in any new product and vendor sourcing activities.
- Support menu development and COG's reports
- Review daily receiving logs, open PO report and weekly transmission logs.
- Review location statement reconciliation to reduce out of period payments.
- Organize and leads the month end process with location leadership.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing
- Experience working with Birchstreet
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
