Job Summary
- Lead, coach, and develop hourly and union team members.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and oversee event-day operations.
- Ensure all concession locations are staffed, stocked, and event-ready.
- Maintain service standards and resolve guest concerns.
- Partner with culinary and purchasing teams to manage inventory, requisitions, and product transfers.
- Oversee cash handling, POS systems, payroll verification, gratuities, and loss prevention processes.
- Manage monthly inventory counts, waste reporting, and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, PCI, and workplace safety requirements.
- Coordinate staffing schedules based on event forecasts.
- Support team member recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Manage NPO and subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Complete operational walks, safety inspections, incident reporting, and required administrative tasks.
- Support premium operations and other Levy departments as needed.
- 2+ years of food and beverage operations management experience.
- Experience leading large hourly teams; union workforce experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and payroll/timekeeping platforms.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
