Job Summary:
As an In-Seat Food Runner, you’ll deliver food and beverages directly to courtside guests with speed, accuracy, and top-notch service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests using a tray

Provide excellent customer service throughout each event

Assist with basic food prep and menu distribution

Maintain clean and organized service areas

Help with stand setup and cleanup
-
Train new team members as needed
-
Complete other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills
-
Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
-
Comfortable working independently and on your feet for extended periods

Prior food service experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift

Comfortable navigating crowds and working in a busy environment
