Job Summary
Reports to: SVP of CORE Solutions
Overview:
The Director of CORE Solutions will drive operational efficiency through process improvement and new technology, in support of Levy’s Strategic Business Objectives. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve team performance relative to company KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with property and Levy Home Office leadership to prioritize continual improvement initiatives that align with both field priorities and our company business objectives.
- Evaluate existing processes for inefficiency, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
- Research new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to optimize both venue operational and support function (Purchasing, HR, Finance, etc.) processes.
- Develop detailed project plans to implement new processes.
- Gather and analyze data, performance metrics, and KPIs to quantify process inefficiencies and impact of improvements.
- Present recommendations and return on investment to Levy senior leadership.
- Manage and facilitate rapid improvement events, such as Kaizen or Lean, to quickly address and improve specific operational issues within a short timeframe.
- Facilitate change management by developing training, communication plans, and KPI tracking for each initiative.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in process improvement, business process reengineering, or a related role involving technology. Applicable experience in hospitality or retail industries a plus.
- Certifications (preferred): Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management Professional.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), process mapping software (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro), and experience with ERP or other relevant enterprise systems.
