Job Summary

The Director of Premium is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and driving the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of our premium department. This includes luxury suites, clubs, and group sales. The role combines strategic leadership, innovation, and maintaining core standards, with a focus on elevating the guest experience, increasing revenue, and maintaining strong brand integrity in a highly competitive and dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

The Director of Premium is responsible for:

  • Driving the continual improve of premium operational performance, standards, and innovation.
  • Support the recruitment and training of premium managers in standards and procedures.
  • Proactively engages in global menu engineering and company rollout initiatives.
  • Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive efficiency, such as mobile apps, eCommerce, and data analytics tools.
  • Supports the Vice President of Premium in creating and delivering partner, RFP, and internal presentations.
  • Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Premium efficiency and operational success.
  • Work closely with the Creative and Production team to ensure all collateral, branding and marketing materials meet company/partner standards.

Experience

  • Experience and enthusiasm toward luxury hospitality approaches and methods
  • Highly knowledgeable in high volume premium hospitality services 
  • 5+ years in hospitality, sports, or entertainment, with a focus on premium or luxury services 
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, global teams and manage multi-location operations. 
  • Well-versed in the technical nuances of excel, PowerPoint, creative cloud, and Smartsheets
     

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Passion for great hospitality, innovation, and the trending food & beverage scene
  •  Experience in presenting to large, varied audiences, both in-person and virtually
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to think and create premium programing across various venue types and financial models
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems, with a focus on enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency.
