Job Summary
Position Overview:
Levy is seeking a Director of Clubs and Restaurants to lead premium dining operations at the United Center, home of the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks. This role oversees a team of managers responsible for high-end restaurants & clubs.

You’ll drive excellence in service, team leadership, and operational performance across all premium spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of front-of-house managers across premium venues
- Ensure high standards in guest experience, service delivery, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with culinary and event teams on menu planning and execution
- Manage labor, inventory, and financial performance across outlets
- Build relationships with our partners, sponsors, and VIP guests
- Oversee training, scheduling, and team development for restaurant and club staff
- Handle escalated guest concerns and support service recovery efforts
- Work on improving the guest experience year over year
- Keep the manager(s) in compliance with Levy and UC standards of operations
- Control COGS and Labor spend
- Develop a unified program that spans over all outlets
- Keep bar offerings up to date with current trends
- Elevate the program through thoughtful and controlled systems and objectives
- Work with UC on activations for clubs
- Maintain the presentation of all Restaurant & Club outlets in menu formats, website information, and other items pertaining to Restaurants & Clubs
- Run the program and be able to discuss the financials from the department
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in hospitality leadership, ideally in restaurant or premium venues
- Experience managing other managers in a multi-unit or large-scale setting
- Strong financial, operational, and people management skills
- Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering memorable experiences
