Job Summary

Drive growth and unforgettable guest experiences through strategic sales leadership. As Director of Sales with Levy, you will lead revenue-generating initiatives that expand partnerships, elevate hospitality experiences, and strengthen client relationships. This role will oversee sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with operations teams to deliver exceptional events and hospitality services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, event sales, or venue sales leadership
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience developing sales strategies and revenue forecasts
  • Experience managing contracts, proposals, and client agreements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow venue and event revenue
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new corporate, group, and hospitality sales opportunities
  • Manage client relationships and oversee contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to deliver successful events
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and produce revenue forecasts
  • Lead sales initiatives that support company revenue goals
  • Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
