Job Summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for the Executive Dining Floor at JPMC Chicago, delivering an elevated, refined dining experience for senior leadership, executives, and distinguished guests. This role requires a visionary culinary leader with a background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, high‑end corporate dining, and premium catering.

 

The Executive Dining Floor provides breakfast, lunch, and executive catering Monday–Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all culinary operations for executive dining, corporate café service, and VIP meal experiences.
  • Develop seasonal, market‑driven menus featuring high‑quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
  • Create sophisticated catering menus for executive meetings, leadership gatherings, and high‑profile events.
  • Incorporate a diverse range of global flavors—Mediterranean, Asian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, and modern American—into daily offerings and special events.
  • Uphold Restaurant Associates’ standards of excellence in food quality, presentation, hospitality, and innovation.
  • Oversee culinary team recruitment, training, development, and performance, fostering a culture of creativity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain best‑in‑class food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations across all service periods.
  • Partner closely with hospitality, operations, and client leadership to ensure a seamless, high‑touch dining experience reflective of the JPMC brand.
  • Manage food and labor costs while consistently delivering premium standards and exceptional value.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate dining, fine dining, luxury hotels, or premier hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrated success in high‑end catering and service for VIP or executive‑level clientele.
  • Strong culinary background in global cuisine with the ability to blend authenticity, creativity, and modern technique.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop diverse culinary teams.
  • Highly organized and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment with elevated expectations.
  • Deep commitment to sustainability, culinary excellence, and upholding the Restaurant Associates brand.
