Job Summary
The Executive Director – Client Dining Center serves as the ultimate owner of the guest experience within JPMorgan Chase’s premier executive dining environment in Chicago. This leader is accountable for every stage of the client journey—from pre‑arrival planning through service execution and post‑event follow‑through—ensuring a level of consistency, refinement, and trust that reflects the JPMC brand at its highest level.
Poised to be one of the most significant executive dining destinations within JPMC’s national footprint, the Chicago Client Dining Center represents precision, discretion, innovation, and hospitality excellence. This role acts as a direct extension of senior JPMC leadership—anticipating needs before they are stated, safeguarding the brand experience, and working in close partnership with Rapport and other key internal partners to uphold uncompromising service standards.
The Executive Director serves as both architect and steward of the entire experience: designing the service philosophy, shaping culture, defining standards, and ensuring that every element of execution aligns with intention.

- Own the complete end‑to‑end guest experience for executive dining, high‑level client meetings, and strategic events.
- Define the service philosophy, standards, and non‑negotiables for the Chicago flagship dining center.
- Ensure alignment across all stages of the client journey—from planning, coordination, and service execution to follow‑up and relationship stewardship.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior catering and hospitality leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and refinement.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Culinary, Facilities, Security, AV/Tech, Client Experience teams, and JPMC leadership.
- Serve as the final escalation point for guest experience, service quality, and performance expectations.
- Anticipate executive and client needs with discretion and foresight, often before they are expressed.
- Balance hospitality refinement, operational rigor, and operational discretion at all times.
- Set the tone, pace, and expectations for the entire Client Dining Center, ensuring a cohesive, signature experience aligned with JPMC’s brand.
