Job Summary

Be the backbone of our people-first culture! As an HR Manager, you will lead employee relations, compliance, and talent initiatives while ensuring an inclusive workplace. You will support leadership and staff, implement HR policies, and champion Levy’s values to strengthen the team and elevate the associate experience.

 

The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, compliance, and HR operations for several of Levy's restaurant and resort locations. The role requires an individual capable of balancing day-to-day HR operations with long-term organizational development initiatives, supporting an inclusive culture that aligns with Levy’s values. Travel is minimal, at less than 10%, and only when necessary. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Assist with employee relations, investigations, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS data integrity 

 

Daily Tasks:

  • Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
  • Monitor compliance with workplace policies and employment laws
  • Facilitate benefits enrollment and employee questions
  • Coordinate with payroll to resolve employee issues
  • Conduct employee training sessions on HR policies

 

Overarching Tasks:

  • Partner with leadership to support workforce development strategies
  • Lead investigations and resolve employee relations matters
  • Support performance review cycles and development planning
  • Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives
  • Ensure organizational compliance with all labor regulations

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR management or generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
