Job Summary

The Senior Warehouse & Events Retail Manager is a key leader within United Center Retail Operations, responsible for overseeing event retail execution, inventory management, vendor partnerships, staffing coordination, and post-event reporting. This role supports concerts, gameday events, and special events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong retail performance. The ideal candidate is an analytical, detail-oriented leader with experience in high-volume retail, sports, entertainment, or event environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead retail merchandise operations for concerts, gameday events, and special events.
Oversee event setup, execution, staffing, and post-event breakdown.
Manage vendor relationships, including scheduling, performance accountability, and commission reporting.
Coordinate with event stakeholders to ensure successful retail operations and execution.
Monitor inventory accuracy, product distribution, replenishment, and merchandising standards.
Analyze sales and operational performance and prepare post-event recaps.
Support warehouse and inventory teams during stock counts and retail inventories.
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and event-based retail staff.
Promote operational excellence, accountability, and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications:

Experience managing high-volume retail or event operations.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Smartsheet.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
