Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Patient Services Manager in Cocoa Beach, FL. This leader will oversee patient dining services, manage staff, and help deliver an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily patient meal service operations
- Supervise, train, and develop team members
- Ensure timely, accurate tray delivery
- Resolve patient service concerns quickly
- Partner with nursing and clinical teams
- Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance standards
- Manage schedules, staffing, and productivity
- Track results and improve performance
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Background in healthcare, hospitality, or food service preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
