Job Summary
Lead the game-changing hospitality experience at one of the most iconic venues in collegiate athletics. As Vice President of Hospitality, you will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and elevated guest experiences across all premium, retail, and event dining environments. You will oversee strategic planning, revenue growth initiatives, culinary innovation, and large-scale team leadership while ensuring alignment with Levy standards and client objectives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
-
10+ years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, sports & entertainment, or large-scale food and beverage operations
-
Proven P&L management experience for multi-million-dollar operations
-
Experience overseeing premium services, concessions, and high-volume event operations
-
Proficiency in financial reporting systems and forecasting tools
-
Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall hospitality strategy and operational execution for the venue

Drive revenue growth through premium offerings and innovative programming

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance

Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards

Partner with client leadership to align on strategic objectives

Develop and oversee senior leadership team members
