Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company, is seeking a Catering & Stock Manager to support operations at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC.
In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee both catering services and floor stock operations, ensuring seamless delivery of meals and supplies across the hospital. You’ll be part of a supportive leadership team focused on providing exceptional service to patients, guests, and clinical staff.
5-day work week, alternating weekends, 55 - 60K, GROWTH OPS IN CHARLOTTE, full benefits, matching 401K
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and manage catering events for hospital departments, physician meetings, and special functions
- Supervise floor stock and nourishment delivery across patient care areas, maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Train, schedule, and lead frontline staff ensuring high service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain to ensure timely restocking
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Foster strong working relationships with nursing units, clinical teams, and administrative staff
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in foodservice, catering, or hospitality leadership (healthcare experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or foodservice software systems
