Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Beverage Coordinator to join our Concessions team. The Beverage Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting bartenders and ensuring smooth bar operations across six bars. This position focuses on batching cocktails, preparing garnishes, and maintaining stock levels to deliver consistent quality and speed of service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately batch cocktails according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
- Label and date all batched products to comply with health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of batching area.
- Monitor inventory of spirits, mixers, and prep ingredients; communicate shortages promptly.
- Wash, cut, and prepare garnishes (citrus wedges, peels, herbs, etc.) for bars.
- Ensure garnishes are fresh, properly stored, and replenished throughout service.
- Maintain garnish trays and containers in a sanitary and organized manner.
- Stock bars with essential garnishes & batched mixers before and during service.
- Assist bartenders during peak hours by refilling ingredients
- Maintain back-of-house prep stations and storage areas in compliance with health codes.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Adhere to venue standards for cocktail consistency and presentation of company.
- Report any equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Stadium/Arena, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
- Previous experience as a barback or in beverage prep preferred.
- Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
- Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
