Job Summary
Be the showrunner behind a one-of-a-kind guest experience - Netflix House is coming to Dallas! A new immersive experience that will take guests inside the story. As Operations Manager for Levy at Netflix House you will lead all venue operations, drive service excellence, and champion innovation to bring hospitality to life in an immersive, guest-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, live entertainment, or food & beverage operations
- Strong knowledge of operational compliance, safety, and sanitation standards
- Proficiency with scheduling, labor management, and budgeting systems
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- ServSafe certification or similar preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations across front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Develop and maintain staffing plans, schedules, and labor budgets
- Ensure compliance with all Levy, Netflix, and regulatory safety/sanitation standards
- Collaborate with leadership to execute high-profile events and brand activations
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Train and coach staff to uphold Levy’s service standards and Netflix brand expectations
- Oversee daily reporting on labor, operations, and service outcomes
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages growth, accountability, and inclusivity
