Job Summary
Culinaire, a Compass Group USA company, is hiring a hospitality-centric People and Culture Coordinator to serve as an integral and trusted member of the corporate team, located in our Dallas, TX office. Please note - this is a full time, on site role. This a talent acquisition focused role, assisting the operations team with a variety of projects tied to: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, reporting, and HR administrative services that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
- HR / Talent Administration: Troubleshoots system challenges, maintains employee records, processes employee data in HRIS systems, and provides payroll support.
- Compliance & Records: Maintains annual poster compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; completes annual OSHA reporting; and manages confidential employee personnel records.
- Recruitment & Pre‑Employment Screening: Manages job postings, interviews, reference checks, pre‑employment screening, and background check clearances.
- Onboarding & Lifecycle: Coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and conducting new‑hire orientations.
- Communication & Events: Manages internal communications, employee recognition materials, and plans for employee events as required by Compass.
- People & Culture Compliance Support: Assists with retrieval of documentation related to reported claims; partners with management to support reasonable accommodation determinations, work release coordination, and related compliance activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
One to three+ years in a similar HR / TA support operations role; hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
Confidentiality & Professionalism: Demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; serves as an effective first point of contact for employees with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, oversee overlapping projects diligently, and maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Technology: Proficient in HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office applications.
