Job Summary
As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging dining experience for guests visiting Netflix House. You'll serve as an ambassador of Levy hospitality by providing attentive service, menu expertise, and personalized recommendations that enhance each guest's visit.
This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy interacting with guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping bring unforgettable experiences to life.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately while following Levy's established service standards.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
- Develop a strong understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, specialty beverages, and featured items.
- Provide recommendations and pairings that enhance the guest experience.
- Accommodate reasonable guest requests and communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special instructions to culinary staff.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address concerns or special requests.
- Create memorable interactions that contribute to the immersive and entertaining atmosphere of Netflix House.
- Process payments and follow all cash-handling and point-of-sale procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and presentation-ready dining areas.
- Support special events, VIP experiences, private functions, and promotional activations as needed.
- Uphold Levy's standards for hospitality, professionalism, safety, and guest service excellence.
- Assist teammates and other departments as business needs require.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant, entertainment venue, hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods.
- Food safety or ServSafe certification preferred.
