Position Title: REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000
Pay Grade: 18
Other Forms of Compensation: BONUS

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Regional Facilities Director to drive performance across a diverse portfolio of client sites. This role is responsible for supporting new business growth while ensuring achievement of financial, operational, safety, and compliance objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience managing multi-site facilities operations, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Must be willing to travel 50%–75%
Key Responsibilties:
- Lead regional facilities operations to achieve financial and operational goals
- Manage P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams across multiple locations
- Oversee contracts, reporting, and administrative processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 20+ years of facilities management experience across manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments
- Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage all levels, from frontline staff to executives
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, accountability, and business acumen
- Facilities Management Certification (FMC) preferred
- Solid knowledge of contract administration and operations management
