Position Title: DECOR WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS & EVENT OPERATIONS MANAGER - DENVER, CO 

Salary: $75,000 - 80,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Yearly Bonus Opportunity

Job Summary

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Décor Warehouse Logistics & Event Operations Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our decor and rental inventory is well-maintained, organized, and ready for client events. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that blends logistics with creativity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Warehouse Inventory Management & Maintenance

Track, organize, and maintain decor and rental inventory.

Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

 

Packing & Loading

Prepare and pack items accurately for event delivery.

Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring items are secure and protected in transit.

 

Event Delivery, Set-Up & Onsite Management

Deliver and install decor and rental orders at client events.

Lead onsite setup and strike, ensuring accurate execution of rental orders.

Serve as primary onsite contact for warehouse/rental logistics.

Train team members on onsite execution standards.

 

Inventory Repairs & Quality Control

Perform light repairs and upkeep on inventory items.

Monitor product quality, ensuring items meet brand standards.

 

Collaboration with Creative Team

Participate in creative team meetings to provide input on logistics and feasibility.

Support testing, mock-ups, and event design execution as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, event rentals, or similar field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Woodworking experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to use basic computer software such a Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights and/or weekends.
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and customer service focus.
