Salary: $80,000.00

Other Forms of Compensation: 12% Bonus

Job Summary

Lead the charge in retail excellence! As General Manager of Retail, you will drive guest satisfaction, manage operations, and lead your team to success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will oversee every aspect of the retail experience while upholding Levy’s standards of quality, service, and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in retail or similar environment

  • Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software

  • Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting

  • ServSafe and local retail certifications (as required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations across multiple outlets

  • Lead, develop, and schedule a team of retail associates and managers

  • Analyze financial performance and implement cost-control strategies

  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking and purchasing

  • Collaborate with venue partners and internal departments to execute retail strategies

  • Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and Levy policies
