Job Summary

Prepare and cook fresh, made-to-order items at live buffet action stations.

Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests while cooking and serving.

Ensure consistent portioning, presentation, and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout service.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and equipment protocols.

Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking of action stations.

Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and culinary leadership to ensure smooth service flow.

Support the culinary team with prep work and kitchen tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen, banquet-style, catering, or fine-dining (stadium, arena, or event venue experience a plus).
- Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, frying, and roasting. Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various cuisines and live station formats.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to event schedules.
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
