Position Title: Director of Food and Beverage

Salary:  $100,000 to $105,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus, Free Meals and Parking

Job Summary

 

The Director of Food and Beverage holds duties related to day-to-day operations of a Company account. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills.   

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account

· Manages overall day-to-day operations of the account ensuring seamless execution and operational efficiency in a variety of environments

· Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations

· Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training

· Fosters strong connection with building residents and venue guests to ensure a consistently high-end luxury experience

· Maintains positive working relationships with Client as well as other departments

· Collaborates with the Chef and management team in creating innovative menus and providing top quality food

· Implements new culinary programs in coordination with Company marketing and culinary teams customizing offerings to create a bespoke dining experience across diverse settings

· Oversees residential amenities to curate and provide a holistic food and beverage experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

· BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred

· Previous hospitality leadership in luxury environment

· Five years of fine dining foodservice operation experience

· Exclusive event and catering experience are essential

· Previous experience managing a budget

· Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
