Salary: $85,000-95,000

Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented professional? Chartwells Higher Education is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to multi executive leaders. While this is a remote position, candidates are required to live in TEXAS or ARIZONA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Calendar Management: Organize and manage schedules, ensuring timely coordination of meetings and events.
- Comprehensive Administrative Support: Prepare reports, handle documentation, and manage expenses while monitoring budgets.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute meetings and conferences with creativity and attention to cost-effectiveness.
- Effective Communication: Keep the team informed with updates on schedules, project requirements, and report requests.
- Additional Duties: Take on various tasks as assigned to support the department’s success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 5 years in administrative and clerical roles, with a proven track record of success supporting senior leadership.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Concur.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus Skills: Project management experience is a plus!
