Location: Based near a major airport
Required Travel: 50-75% (basically 3 out of 4 weeks per month, as needed). This is an in-person (not remote) role.

Job Summary
Manager, Client Success and Innovation
This dynamic position will adapt, create, iterate, or support initiatives, technology, and solutions for wide scalability to the Morrison field. Creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships with vendors, peers, internal teams, and account teams will drive much of the success of this role. Through these relationships and partnerships, this role will develop solutions that support the success of our clients & account teams. To drive the ideation of solutions, the use of data will guide, direct, and provide insight on development. Managing and executing on various & simultaneous projects will be necessary to meet goals and deadlines.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute various projects simultaneously
- Create and sustain productive relationships, both internal and external to Morrison
- Meet stakeholder and senior leader expectations
- Manage own time in order satisfy competing priorities
- Timely, ongoing, and consistent communication to direct report & stakeholders to ensure deadlines and goals are met
- Proactive & ongoing problem solving
- Have an independent and curious mindset
- Collaborate with internal teams, including across sectors, to ensure you are meeting project goals
Compliance expectations
- Completes all required documentation and reports in a timely, professional, and thorough manner.
- Communicates effectively with all team members, clients, and customers. This includes telephone, written, and electronic communication.
- Participates in and attends company and client meetings, equipment & technology summits, staff development, and professional programs, as appropriate.
- Reads and complies with all policies and procedures of Morrison and Compass as appropriate.
- Follows client facility, Morrison and Compass safety policies and procedures to include incident reporting.
- Projects and practices consistent ownership attributes, which provide a high level of customer service at all points of contact.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
Travel Requirements
- 30 to 50% travel on average in order to visit project & pilot sites, conduct studies, attend team meetings, present to groups, and attend technology and equipment shows; among other reasons. The employee must be able to travel on a regular basis and, occasionally, with limited notice.
Preferred Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years in Patient Dining services experiences in acute or long-term care required. Multi-unit experience preferred
- 2 years project management experience, either through a Project Management position title or as part of a different type of role
- Strong presentation skills, both live and remote, to wide & varying audiences
- Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite skills, to include Excel. Smartsheet and project management software experience preferred
- A high comfortability using and a hobbyist’s interest in technology
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to all position levels of the Company
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Ability to maintain organization and control in an ever-changing environment
- Demonstrated strengths in communicating to various teams and positions of leadership
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, healthcare professionals, business colleagues, media and the general public.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel. Digital organization skills including within Microsoft Outlook &, OneNote. Smartsheet, Miro, & project management software skills a plus.
