Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing and Supply Chain Supervisor for our dynamic Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and event-related logistics. This role supports the sports and entertainment environment’s fast-paced demands.  The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, staging, and distributing equipment, merchandise, and event materials.
  • Coordinate warehouse staff schedules to meet operational needs during peak event periods.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate counts, proper labeling, and timely replenishment.
  • Support event operations by preparing and staging equipment, merchandise, and supplies for load-in and load-out.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company guidelines.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to optimize efficiency and workflow.
  • Communicate with event operations, concessions, merchandising, and facilities teams to fulfill requests and resolve logistical challenges.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff performance, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) as required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the sports, entertainment, or live event industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
  • Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
