Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Job Summary

The Regional Director of Hospitality will oversee a portfolio of high-performing luxury hotel, resort, and casino properties within the Eurest portfolio. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, strategic alignment, and sustainable growth across a complex and dynamic segment supporting a combined guest workforce of 20,000+. The ideal candidate is a results-driven hospitality executive with deep experience leading multi-property operations, driving performance metrics, and elevating both guest and employee experiences in 24/7 hospitality environments. Approximately 60% of the time will be spent traveling to various properties across the region to provide hands-on support, assess performance, and strengthen relationships with on-site leadership teams and clients. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all hotel, resort, and casino properties in the region, ensuring alignment with Eurest’s mission, brand standards, and financial objectives.
  • Drive consistency and excellence in service delivery, guest satisfaction, and operational performance across diverse venues.
  • Establish, monitor, and enhance key performance metrics; lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure full adherence to labor laws, gaming regulations, safety standards, and hospitality compliance requirements.
  • Support and achieve financial targets through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  •  Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and engagement across 24/7 casino and year-round resort operations.
  •  Serve as the primary liaison between property-level management and Eurest corporate leadership, ensuring transparent communication and shared strategic priorities.
  •  Champion a culture of hospitality excellence and service innovation to enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in multi-property hospitality, resort, or casino operations, ideally within the luxury segment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, diverse teams and complex operational environments.
  • Strong financial acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including labor, safety, and gaming compliance.
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
