Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 / year

Job Summary:
The Vice President of Operations (VPO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of client accounts within Eurest. This role drives operational excellence, client satisfaction, financial performance, talent development, and business growth across assigned regions and sectors. The VPO partners closely with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Culinary, and Sales teams to ensure consistent execution of company objectives while fostering a culture of safety, service, and accountability.
This role is based in Denver and will oversee upwards of 50 business dining accounts throughout the state of Colorado, leading a team of 4 District Managers directly, and up to 400 managers and associates, indirectly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of , District Managers, Regional Directors and Operations leaders across multiple client locations
- Achieve financial goals including revenue growth, profitability, cost management, and budget adherence
- Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships to ensure retention and growth of existing business
- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, performance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with Human Resources to recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Monitor key performance indicators and take proactive action to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial results
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to support retention and new business opportunities
- Champion company culture, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Culinary degree - a plus
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in foodservice hospitality management - business dining strongly preferred
- Proven success managing large, multi-site operations and leading senior-level teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant revenue and profit responsibility - experience managing annual budgets/volume of at least $35 million
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and influence executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and change management skills
- Ability to travel as required - estimated at 25%
