Job Summary
Job Summary
Oversee the strategy and operations of all concessions programs across the venue. The Director of Concessions will lead high-volume food and beverage service operations while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
-
7+ years of food and beverage leadership experience
-
Experience managing high-volume concessions operations
-
Financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
-
Knowledge of food safety and operational compliance
Key Areas of Responsibility

Lead concessions operations across all stands and service areas
-
Develop operational strategies to improve speed of service and efficiency

Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development

Monitor food and beverage costs and operational budgets

Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning
-
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Analyze sales performance and operational metrics

Implement operational improvements and innovation
