Job Summary
Drive the energy behind every game day experience! As a Concessions Manager, you will oversee fast-paced food and beverage operations, ensuring efficient service, high-quality standards, and an exceptional guest experience across all concessions locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in concessions, food & beverage, or high-volume operations
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and POS systems
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily concessions operations across multiple locations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of concessions team members
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and cost controls
- Ensure speed of service and quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to optimize offerings
- Analyze sales and operational data to drive continuous improvement
