Job Overview

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an inspiring and accomplished Director of Dining Services to lead and elevate the culinary and hospitality program within a premier luxury active lifestyle community known for its vibrant lifestyle, refined atmosphere, and commitment to exceptional resident experiences.

This is a sophisticated, resort-style environment that operates with the polish, personalization, and attentiveness of a high-end private country club. Hospitality here is intentional, elevated, and relationship-driven — where service is anticipatory, standards are uncompromising, and every interaction reflects warmth and professionalism.

We are looking for a service-obsessed hospitality leader who can build strong, trusted relationships with client partners, residents, and team members while driving financial performance and operational excellence. This is a career-defining opportunity for a visionary dining executive who brings strategic leadership, high-end hospitality experience, and a passion for creating elevated dining moments every single day.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with polished hospitality presence — someone who understands the components of a P&L, knows how to drive efficiencies, and can simultaneously elevate service standards, culinary execution, wine programming, and craft cocktail offerings.

As a key member of the community’s leadership team, the Senior Director will champion innovation, accountability, and a culture of hospitality that transforms dining into a cornerstone of the overall lifestyle experience.
