Associate Care Center Warehouse Manager - Fremont, CA

Job Summary

The Associate Care Center (ACC) Warehouse Manager leads the day-shift warehouse operation and serves as the primary point of contact for route drivers. This role oversees safe, efficient warehouse operations, supports drivers, coordinates communication across departments, and drives accountability for operational execution.

 The position proactively resolves issues, removes obstacles, and promotes exceptional service, organization, and follow-through. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 Safety & Compliance
• Enforce safety policies, PPE requirements, equipment inspections, and safe work practices.
• Conduct safety observations, coach associates, and address unsafe conditions.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure required training, certifications, and compliance activities are completed.
• Promote a safety-first culture and oversee facility security and vendor relationships.
Warehouse Operations & Leadership
• Manage daily warehouse operations, staffing, workflow, route staging, and productivity.
• Supervise associates through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse, cooler, freezer, and dock areas.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, spoilage, waste, and operational performance.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve operational and safety concerns.
• Support hiring, onboarding, cross-training, and employee development.
Associate Care Center Operations
• Serve as the primary contact for route drivers and manage the ACC check-in process.
• Verify route paperwork, inventories, returns, and required documentation.
• Communicate service requests, route issues, repairs, and operational updates.
• Track, escalate, and resolve driver concerns and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records and partner with internal teams to improve service execution.
Fleet & Equipment Management
• Document and communicate vehicle defects, maintenance needs, and equipment issues.
• Monitor fleet readiness and provide updates to drivers and leadership.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment remain clean, stocked, and service-ready.
• Maintain accountability for company assets and inspection compliance.
Inventory & Administration
• Participate in inventories, audits, and recounts as needed.
• Submit supply orders and maintain inventory records.
• Review operational metrics and maintain required documentation.
• Manage overtime in accordance with company guidelines.
Performance Expectations

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or transportation leadership experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and supporting route or delivery drivers.
• Knowledge of inventory control, fleet coordination, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
