Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee daily cleaning and sanitation activities to ensure the break room, café, dining areas, and common spaces remain clean, organized, and inviting
  • Ensure the break room, café, and common areas are clean, organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked at all times.
  • Monitor service quality, food presentation, retail offerings, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily retail operations, including cash handling, POS systems, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Partner with workplace services teams to ensure seamless daily operations and special event execution.
  • Support budget goals through effective inventory control, labor management, and cost-conscious decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, sanitation standards, and workplace regulations.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality, corporate dining, food service, workplace experience, retail, catering, restaurant, or hotel operations.
  • Demonstrated passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with inventory control, and retail operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace compliance standards.
