Job Summary
Summary:
Leads catering staff to ensure catered events are set up, serviced, and completed efficiently while delivering exceptional guest service. Oversees event operations, staff assignments, and food and beverage service under the direction of the Catering Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assigns and oversees staff duties based on catering event needs.

Leads catering attendants during setup, service, and breakdown.

Conducts pre-event meetings and communicates assignments.

Ensures event spaces are properly set up and stocked.

Monitors food quality, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.

Provides excellent guest service and resolves or escalates concerns.

Assists with food and beverage service, delivery, and event execution.

Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of equipment and service areas.

Assists with inventory and stocking of catering supplies.
-
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
