Job Summary
Summary: The Premium Clubs Supervisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience in Levy's premium spaces. This role oversees day-to-day operations of exclusive clubs, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and adherence to Levy's standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all premium club operations, including pre-event setup, event execution, and post-event breakdown.
- Ensure complance with Levy standards for food quality, event execution, and post-event breakdown.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Work alongside team members to complete task lists provided by the department manager in a timely manner.
- Monitor product usage and inventory levels to minimize waste and control levels.
- Oversee those who work in the premium club spaces on event day.
- Assist with reporting and reconciliation of sales and product levels.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Support special events and activations within premium spaces.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
