SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER
Salary: $80,000/Yr-$90,000/Yr

Job Summary
The Hanna Brothers Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that support client engagement, customer satisfaction, brand awareness, and business growth across Hanna Brothers' portfolio of business segments, including Business & Industry dining, data centers, film catering, Trilith Studios, and Trilith Live.
This role combines strategic planning, creative development, digital marketing, client partnership, and operational support. The Marketing Manager will work closely with operations, culinary, business development, and client teams to create impactful marketing programs that enhance the guest experience, strengthen client relationships, and support organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities
•Develop and execute local and regional marketing plans aligned with client objectives and Hanna Brothers business goals.
•Support customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through innovative campaigns, promotions, events, and communications.
•Create and coordinate marketing content across digital, social media, email, print, signage, and in-unit channels.
•Partner with operations and culinary teams to develop and promote menu innovations, featured programs, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
•Manage social media strategy and content development for applicable Hanna Brothers properties and accounts.
•Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
•Support client presentations, marketing recaps, business reviews, and new business opportunities.
•Coordinate marketing efforts surrounding film productions, studio operations, special events, live entertainment venues, and corporate dining environments.
•Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company marketing standards across all locations.
•Develop marketing toolkits, templates, and resources that can be implemented across multiple accounts.
•Provide training and support to account-level teams on marketing programs, promotional execution, and customer engagement initiatives.
•Collaborate with business development teams on proposals, presentations, and sales support materials.
•Manage project timelines, vendor relationships, and marketing budgets as assigned.
•Assist with photography, content gathering, storytelling, and creation of marketing assets.
•Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, hospitality trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
•Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
•3-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, foodservice, entertainment, events, or related industries.
•Experience supporting multiple locations, business units, or client accounts preferred.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
•Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
•Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
•Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and marketing platforms.
•Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence.
•Ability to work collaboratively with operations, culinary teams, clients, and leadership.
•Knowledge of foodservice, hospitality, live events, entertainment, or corporate dining environments preferred.
•Ability to travel to client locations, events, and company meetings as needed.
