Salary: $80,000-$90,000

Job Summary
Working as a Director of Dining Services, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a healthcare dining account, ensuring exceptional food quality, service excellence, and strong operational performance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, visible leader who builds strong relationships with nursing leadership, clients, and associates while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
This role requires a leader who leads by example, coaches and develops talent, and drives accountability. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, nursing leadership, patients, guests, and other hospital departments.
Lead, coach, and develop associates while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence, actively supporting the team and daily operations.
Partner with the Chef and management team to deliver exceptional food quality, service, and patient satisfaction.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Implement new culinary programs and service initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience.
Identify opportunities for improvement and approach operational challenges with creativity, flexibility, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
High volume production and catering experience is essential
Previous experience managing a budget
Desire to learn and grow
