Salary:  $76,000-$83,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Annual bonus incentive up to 15%, Medical, dental & vision insurance, 401K, PTO

DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES - FOOD SERVICE MANAGMENT 

Weld County School District RE‑8 

We’re excited to share we’ve been newly awarded this fantastic school district partnership in Fort Lupton, Colorado—home to 6 schools and approximately 2,400 students. It’s a vibrant, close‑knit community where great food truly powers great days, from first graders to soon‑to‑be grads. We’re looking for a passionate, people‑first Director of Dining Services to lead the charge in creating fun, fresh, and memorable dining experiences students actually look forward to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
  • Works with the team in creating nutritious and top-quality food for the students.
  • Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.
  • Acts as a liaison between the Chartwells, Client, and the community.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of a dining service operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree in Management/Hospitality/Culinary or Nutrition encouraged with additional food service managment experience.**
  • Three plus years of foodservice management experience.
  • Dining experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial and strong intuition for business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
