Work Schedule: Mon - Fri: 5am - 3pm (Flex Scheduling based on business needs) 

Salary Range: $80000 - $85000 / year

Job Summary

Are you a culinary visionary ready to take the reins of a dynamic kitchen? We’re looking for an Executive Chef who thrives on creativity, leadership, and excellence. What You’ll Do:

  • Craft Menus That Inspire: Design and execute regular and customized menus that delight guests and meet nutritional standards.
  • Lead with Excellence: Guide kitchen operations with a focus on safety, sanitation, and top-tier food quality.
  • Train & Mentor: Empower your team with hands-on training in culinary techniques, food safety, and equipment use.
  • Maintain High Standards: Oversee cleaning schedules, inventory management, and food cost controls to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
  • Innovate Daily: Taste, tweak, and elevate every dish. Make smart decisions about leftovers and sustainability.
  • Stay Compliant: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, and shine during audits.
  • Collaborate & Grow: Participate in team meetings, development programs, and client satisfaction initiatives.

 

What You Bring:

  • A.S. degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership (institutional or high-volume preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • ServSafe certification (highly desirable)
  • Strong catering and batch cooking experience
  • Mastery of food trends, presentation, and cost control
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and kitchen management tools
  • A hands-on, energetic approach to leading a team and creating memorable meals
