General Manager - Heritage Hunt Golf & Country Club (Gainesville, VA)
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000/year

Job Summary
As the General Manager, you will be the strategic leader overseeing all aspects of daily operations for Heritage Hunt Golf & Country Club in Gainesville, VA. This position requires a dynamic leader with exceptional communication, client relationship management, and organizational skills. You will ensure operational excellence, drive team performance, and deliver outstanding food quality and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full accountability for the account’s financial performance, including budget development, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of operational functions to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and guests.
- Lead human resources functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and terminations in collaboration with HR.
- Oversee labor scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop innovative menus and maintain exceptional food standards.
- Execute and champion new culinary and marketing initiatives in alignment with company standards and goals.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of five years of progressive foodservice or hospitality management experience as General Manager or similar level leadership role.

Demonstrated success managing large-scale food production and catering operations.

Proven ability to manage financials, including budgeting and cost control.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.

Desire to grow within an industry-leading foodservice organization.
