Position Title: PRIVATE CHEF/CORPORATE DINING EXECUTIVE CHEF-GEORGETOWN, TX
Salary: $80,000-$90,000/annually

Job Summary
As a Private Chef supporting a corporate dining program, you will lead all culinary operations for a dedicated corporate account. This includes driving the culinary vision, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring an elevated, personalized dining experience. In this leadership role, you will manage a culinary team, uphold strict safety and sanitation protocols, and deliver a refined food program that aligns with the client’s expectations and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

Culinary Leadership & Menu Development
Design, plan, and execute innovative, seasonal menus tailored to the client’s preferences and corporate culture. -
Operational & Cost Management
Maintain cost controls and manage all culinary-related expenditures to support financial targets. -
Procurement & Inventory Oversight
Source premium ingredients, manage vendor relationships, and ensure accurate inventory levels. -
Program Innovation
Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to launch new food concepts and programs that enhance the guest experience. -
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate culinary associates to maintain excellence in quality, consistency, and professionalism. -
Safety & Sanitation Excellence
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout all kitchen operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven Private Chef experience, ideally in a corporate or high-profile household setting
- Culinary degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience may be considered
- 3–5 years of culinary management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead teams
- Strong background in high‑volume production and catering
- Expertise in managing food costs, budgets, and operational efficiencies
- Passion for continuous learning, professional growth, and advancing within a leading foodservice organization
