Job Summary

Join a dynamic team and lead with purpose. We’re seeking a growth-minded District Operations Manager with a strong background in catering, food service operations, financial management, and client relations to help drive excellence across our services division.

As a key leader, you’ll partner with the District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, elevate client satisfaction, and ensure financial and operational goals are met. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize food service operations across multiple locations, ensuring high standards in catering, vending, and refreshment services.
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and implementing cost control strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact for service delivery, issue resolution, and strategic planning.
  • Support account management by collaborating with sales and service teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure contract compliance.
  • Ensure operational excellence through effective scheduling, installation coordination, and workforce planning.
  • Coach and develop Customer Service Managers, identifying training needs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in union contract negotiations and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in food service, catering, hospitality, or operations management.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Experience in account management or client-facing roles within service industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
