Position Title: CATERING DIRECTOR-GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO 

Salary: $70,000-$73,500/annually

Job Summary

Are you a seasoned catering professional with a passion for exceptional events, elevated cuisine, and building lasting client relationships? We’re seeking an experienced Catering Director to lead and grow a high-end catering and events program in Greenwood, CO.

In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of catering and events—from concept to execution—while managing a talented team and delivering memorable guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in upscale catering or banquet operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coordinate, and execute internal and external catering events with precision and creativity

  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted partner throughout the event planning process

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive catering marketing plan, including detailed menu development and customized event services

  • Hire, train, schedule, and mentor catering staff, fostering excellence in service standards, presentation, and execution

  • Ensure flawless operations for all catering functions, including staffing, food preparation, transportation, setup, service, and breakdown

  • Manage financial performance by controlling labor and food costs while maintaining premium quality standards

  • Collaborate closely with culinary and operations teams to elevate menus, service techniques, and overall guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a management role (catering or banquet management required)

  • Proven experience booking events, menu planning and costing, contract pricing, and sourcing temporary staff and equipment

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise food preparation, service, and event cleanup

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and client-facing skills

  • A passion for delivering upscale, memorable event experiences
