What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience (bonus points for hospitality/event experience!)
  • Confident with Excel + financial systems (ERP experience is a plus)
  • A solid understanding of GAAP and strong attention to detail
  • CPA or working toward it is great—but not required
What You’ll Do
  • Prep and analyze monthly financial reports so the team knows what’s really going on
  • Support budgeting + forecasting that guide big decisions
  • Help ensure our financial processes stay accurate and compliant
  • Oversee AP, AR, and general ledger activity
  • Jump in on audits + help improve how we work
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team (yes—leadership experience you can grow into!)
