Job Summary

Where merchandise meets momentum! As the General Manager of Retail, you will oversee all retail operations within the venue, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for guests. From product selection to team leadership, you’ll drive sales, manage inventory, and bring the brand to life through elevated service and merchandising.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in sports or live entertainment

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and operational goals

  • Experience with inventory systems, visual merchandising, and POS systems

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all retail locations in the venue

  • Hire, train, and lead the retail team to ensure exceptional service

  • Manage product selection, merchandising, and inventory control

  • Partner with Levy marketing and brand teams to align with merchandising goals

  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue

  • Ensure accurate cash handling, reporting, and compliance with Levy policies
