Job Summary

Support excellence behind the scenes! As Sous Chef, you will help lead the kitchen team by ensuring culinary standards are consistently met. You will collaborate on menu execution, uphold food safety, and bring high-energy leadership to every shift.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen

  • Strong understanding of culinary techniques and food safety standards

  • Proficient in kitchen inventory, prep, and scheduling

  • ServSafe Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen operations during service

  • Assist in training and mentoring line staff

  • Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation

  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering

  • Maintain compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations

  • Support Executive Chef with menu planning and execution
