Job Summary:
The Technician Manager will timely coordinate the upkeep of coffee and water machines, lead incoming service calls, track their status, and ensure resolution. In addition, evaluate equipment for repair needs and monitor deterioration over time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead field technicians and provide technical guidance to team members
• Repair and maintain coffee and water machines
• Schedule and lead all aspects of completion of service tickets
• Lead install teams responsible for running water lines, connecting, and programming office coffee
equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine filter changes
• Ensure timely and high-quality service across all assigned tasks
• Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment, including confirming that off-site equipment matches internal records (e.g., One Cup inventory)
• Develop and implement technician training programs
• Communicate with customers regarding service issues, timelines, and resolutions to ensure high satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Strong technical knowledge of coffee, water, and filtration equipment-cooler repair experience - a Plus!
• Operations background preferred!
• Validated leadership skills with experience leading or mentoring a team
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently
• Experience with scheduling, ticketing systems, and field service operations
