Job Summary
Join the Team
Join Levy’s culinary team at Zions Bank Stadium! As a Part-Time Cook, you’ll help prepare fresh, high-quality food while creating a great experience for our guests. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys cooking, working as part of a team, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Levy’s Family Values: Nice, Innovative, Passionate, and Inclusive.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and Levy standards.
- Set up and maintain assigned prep and cooking stations.
- Follow production sheets, recipes, and portion standards.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, presentation, and temperatures.
- Maintain proper labeling, storage, rotation, and waste procedures.
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout service.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen and prep areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, and workplace safety standards.
- Communicate product and equipment needs to culinary leadership.
- Support event preparation, service, cleanup, and breakdown.
- Work collaboratively with Culinary and other departments as needed.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous culinary, restaurant, catering, or food-service experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and production standards.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work well with a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and meet the physical demands of the role.
- Flexible availability for events, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must obtain and maintain required Utah food-safety certification.
