Job Summary

Job Summary: 

The Premium Manager is responsible for working alongside the Director to oversee our Premium/Catering Operations team at the location – ensuring high standards of the guest experience, safety, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced food and beverage leader. A great coach who can get the best out of people and continually drive operational performance and execution.

Responsibilities

Understands all menus, product offerings, and pricing

Ensures all premium/catering areas have proper displays, and products

Communicates client’s needs through timely and detailed written/verbal communications

Successfully presents Levy catering services to guests in a manner that exceeds guest expectations and profitability

Executes all security, safety and sanitation standards and enforces responsible alcohol service policies

Builds and maintains strong relationships

Executes all menus and promotions outlined by the Director in accordance with Levy standards

Achieves daily sales, budget and assigned cost goals

Effectively verifies all opening and closing inventories

Ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing

Ensures team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the handbook

Forecasts and adequately schedules team members to meet operational needs

Ensures proper cash handling procedures are being performed

Interviews, hires, and develops according to Levy guidelines

Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred

Understanding of financial concepts

Passion for hospitality and food
