Job Summary

Fuel the future of supply excellence! As the Director of Purchasing/Supply Chain, you will lead procurement strategy, vendor relations, and inventory management for Northwest Stadium. You will ensure the venue operates with efficiency and sustainability, leveraging data and partnerships to anticipate needs, control costs, and support seamless guest experiences.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of purchasing or supply chain leadership experience
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
Knowledge of vendor compliance and contract management
Strong financial and analytical acumen

 

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with venue goals
Lead vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective procurement
Oversee purchasing staff and daily operations
Maintain accurate records for purchasing, inventory, and receiving
Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to forecast needs
Ensure compliance with Levy standards and sustainability initiatives
